Items are deemed "LOST" if:
- Shipment marked as 'delivered' but not received: Allow up to 5 working days for delivery. The courier may prematurely label a package as delivered, attempt redelivery, or place it in a secure location at your premises or nearby.
- No tracking updates for 5 days without delivery notification: We may categorize this as a 'delay' during high parcel volume and known delays; otherwise, a refund or replacement will be offered.
Items classified as "DAMAGED" if:
- Items damaged in transit: Wet, stained, broken, etc.
- Missing items due to opened box/packet during transit.
Contact us immediately if you receive damaged items or if anything is missing. Provide photographic evidence of the affected items.
Exclusions from Coverage:
- Missing parcels or redelivery fees resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
- Transit delays.
- Unfulfilled or unshipped orders due to inventory issues or dispatch delays.
- Orders delayed in customs - We cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Contact your chosen courier and pay the required customs fees. If customs payments are refused, we are not liable for return-to-sender fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Returned items for refund or exchange that are not in a resalable condition.
